After placing and paying for my order, I called the company and I was told the plant that I ordered and paid for was not available. Then I was told during the same conversation that the plant would be available and delivered the next day. The plant was delivered to the funeral home the next day. At the funeral, I noticed that the plant that was delivered was not what I ordered and paid for. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service that I received. At this point, I have no confidence in your company and I can not trust you for any future orders. SAD !!!
